Fuller Hotel Kulim, Kulim

The rooms were sooooo comfortable compared to other hotels at the same price point, but unfortunately, the room right above us was not ideal. The service was very nice overall; however, it would have been more helpful if they had promptly provided the requested extra pillows. The location was strategic, just 5-7 minutes from Kulim town, making it convenient, but there was an unpleasant smell possibly due to a water leakage issue. The dining experience needed more variety, especially when the hotel was not fully booked; there was also a lack of milk for coffee or tea. The hotel's facilities were mediocre, and there were issues due to the sunrise and excessive glass, but the nachos were a satisfying option.

As a budget hotel with connecting rooms suitable for a big family, the place looks tidy but has a bad smell. The service is friendly and easy to deal with, even arriving very late. The location is easy to find and close to eateries, although there's an unpleasant smell possibly from water leakage. The dining experience is mediocre at Level 5, with glary lighting. The facilities are good.

I truly enjoyed my stay at this hotel! The rooms were clean and spacious, offering a great view and a comfortable king-sized bed at an unbeatable price. The service was friendly even though we arrived late at 2 am. I was slightly surprised that only one cup of coffee and one breakfast item were allowed per guest when the hotel wasn't full, but overall, I was satisfied with the facilities. The location was strategic, near local eateries and just a short drive from Kulim Central and Kulim HiTech, although there was a slight unpleasant smell possibly from a water leakage issue. The dining experience was decent, with small packed noodles and okay pad thai available. Overall, I found the facilities to be satisfactory.
